He has won silver & bronze medals with Swedish team at the World & European championships. In 2021, he became the World champion in doubles event. Karlsson is a 4-time Swedish champion – 3 times in singles, once in doubles event. On the club level, he is a 5-time Champions League winner, as well as 2-time French Pro A champion & 4-time German Bundesliga winner.
