Tage Flisberg was born 12 October, 1917 in Norrköping, Sweden.
He reached the final of singles event at the 1954 World Championships. On the national level, Flisberg is the most accomplished Swedish player with 29 Swedish Championships titles – 14 in doubles, 13 in singles and two in mixed doubles event. On professional circuit, he won two singles and two doubles titles. On the club level, Flisberg won 14 Swedish Pingisligan titles during his career.
