The annual Europe Top 16 once again returned to Montreux and brought together all the best European table tennis players. The reigning champion of previous tournament was the Slovenian star Darko Jorgic was able to defend his title and become a three-time winner of Top 16. In the final, the Slovenian international displayed a stellar performance against Truls Moregardh and won 4-1.
