Zhuang Zedong (Chinese: 庄则栋) was born 28 August, 1940 in China.
Zedong was a 8-time World champion – 4 times in team event, three times in singles and once in doubles event. On professional circuit, Zedong won one single and one doubles title. On national level, he was a 9-time Chinese champion – three times in singles, doubles and mixed doubles events.
