Teruo Murakami (村上輝夫) was born in 1937 in Aomori, Japan.
He was a 2-time World champion – once in doubles and team events. Murakami was a 2-time Asian champion – once in doubles and team events. On the professional circuit, he won one doubles event. On national level, the Japanese international won 4 Japanese titles – twice in doubles and mixed doubles events.
