Shigeo Itoh (Japanese: 伊藤繁雄) was born 21 January, 1945 in Shunan, Japan.
He won the 1969 World Championships in singles & team events. Itoh is a 6-time Asian champion – 3 times in team event, twice in doubles and once in mixed doubles event. On the national level, he won 4 titles in doubles and two titles in singles event. Itoh is a former World Ranking leader.
