Ludvik Vyhnanovsky was born 20 January, 1927 in Prague, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic).
Vyhnanovsky was a key member of the Czechoslovak team in the 1950’s, winning several medals at the World Championships. In 1958, he became the European champion in doubles event. On the professional circuit, Vyhnanovsky won two doubles titles in his career.
