Lubomir Pištej was born 6 March, 1984 in Prešov, Slovakia.
He is a 2-time finalist of the European Championships in the mixed doubles event. Pištej is a 28-time Slovak champion, 12 times in doubles, 8-times in singles and mixed doubles events. On professional circuit, Slovak international has won one singles and three doubles titles in his career. On club level, Pištej has won two Belgian Super Division titles, as well as one Serbian Super League and ETTU Cup title.
